Waffles is the second of the four Original Failures. Waffles is also the first Failure president.

Together with Cabbage, they are terrible at Chinese.

Waffles has made several contributions to the Failures, including the concept of a PE group, names for the Failures, as well as the Failure website among many others. He is also very short.

In 2023, the Failures were at an all-time low, when the tragedy that was the P5 camp ensued. It was a disaster in which every Failure was tortured both physically and mentally by forces outside their control, and the Failures had fallen into anarchy. Waffles was the first of the two leading powers fighting for dominace, the second being Carrot. It was a long and gruelling fight, but at the end of the P5 Camp the Carrot emerged victorious, as the second president of the Failures. Peace and order were slowly restored, as tensions between the Failures decreased.
